B.Kandhari properties LLP has been awarded as ‘The Best Marketing Company of The Year’ and Khushi World developers has been awarded as ‘The Best Emerging Developer of The Year’ at Mid-day Real estate icons awards held on 21^st December 2018. The award was granted by Hon. CMO Maharashtra Mr. Devendra Fadnavis. Cabinet Minister of housing dpt, Maharashtra hon. Mr. Prakash Mehta and MLMC hon. Mr. Prasad Lad graced the occasion. The awards were received by our directors Mr. Vijay Kandari and Mr. Arjun Kandhari. In the award evening, the dignitaries shared their insights and encouraged us. The CM spoke about how MahaRERA (Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority) is becoming a role model for the entire nation.

We stand proud in winning these titles and Mumbai has a very vital role in achieving this. We are currently working for huge housing stock in Mumbai with our new Development Plan. We have set the target to bring India in the first 50 names of EoDB rankings (Ease of doing business – a global ranking index).
