JOB Description :
- Generate client leads to buy a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions & prices.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Show properties to potential buyers.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Meeting with prospective clients understand his/ her requirement and explained projects.
- Arranging site visits of the clients.
- At Least 3 years of Real estate Experience.
Role and Responsibility:
- Should Have Sound Communication Skills, Both Written & Oral.
- Should Be Able To Convert Leads To Business Deals With Good Presentation Of Product features And Benefits.
- Should Have Strong Follow-up And Coordination Skills.
- Should Be Good At Building Professional relationship And Able To Influence Others.
