JOB Description :

  • Generate client leads to buy a property.
  • Counsel clients on market conditions & prices.
  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Show properties to potential buyers.
  • Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
  • Meeting with prospective clients understand his/ her requirement and explained projects.
  • Arranging site visits of the clients.
  • At Least 3 years of Real estate Experience.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Should Have Sound Communication Skills, Both Written & Oral.
  • Should Be Able To Convert Leads To Business Deals With Good Presentation Of Product features And Benefits.
  • Should Have Strong Follow-up And Coordination Skills.
  • Should Be Good At Building Professional relationship And Able To Influence Others.
