  • Excellent exposure into Commercial Sales & Leasing of Office Spaces & Retail shops.
  • Responsible for overall tenant and lease management for all existing and future commercial properties.
  • Ensure through subordinates that adequate investigation of damages, accidents, or any other issues in leased properties are conducted and reported.
  • Monitor overall accounts receivables from all leased retail and office properties.
  • Assume overall responsibility for revenue generation from properties.
  • Prepare and submit lease revenue projections, tenant complaints and issues related to lease management, through subordinates to senior management.
  • Responsible for strategizing, planning and preparing business cases for various lease models that could increase effective yields from property under management.
  • To manage commercial leasing activities including business development, conducting and managing site tours of retail and office spaces.


  • 3-5 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry with a leading channel partner
  • Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is preferred.
