Job Description:

1. Manage broad aspects of the redevelopment process for Project
2. Should be able to identify and pitch societies for redevelopment
3. Due-Diligence of Projects Acquisitions
4. Should be able to do the calculation for Costings in redevelopment (MCGM & other costs etc.) or work with an architect for the same.
5. Coordinate with Legal team for issues such as Purchase & Development Agreements, Alternative Accommodation Agreements, and Legal Resolution of Disputes
6. Should be able to conduct meetings with societies.
7. Taking care of Land acquisition, planning, approvals, project due diligence and scheduling, client management, project budgeting/underwriting and project reporting.

Desired Candidate:

1. Preferred Candidates to have 7+ years of experience
2. Strong written and oral communication skills
3. Should be comfortable with record keeping, recording and maintaining minutes, email communication and conducting meetings with the managing committee of the society.
4. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
5. Must be organized and meticulous with a proactive and collaborative approach to completing projects and meeting deadlines
6. Real Estate background MUST
