Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, working with clients to buy, sell and rent properties, and negotiating deals.


  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current property values.
  • Building relationships with clients and providing them with exceptional customer service.
  • Listing and marketing properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Negotiating deals and closing sales transactions.
  • Staying up to date with current real estate laws and regulations.


  • A valid real estate broker’s license.
  • Proven experience as a real estate broker, with a successful track record of sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and real estate software.
