Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Real Estate Souring Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding company criteria, locating suitable properties, and ensuring clear property titles. They should possess a strong understanding of real estate terminology and market trends, along with the ability to perform comparative market analyses. The role requires sourcing residential, commercial and retail properties while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.



Understand company criteria and search for properties that meet specified requirements.

Collect comprehensive details of properties, including major and minor aspects.

Follow company processes to ensure properties have clear and marketable titles.

Utilize familiarity with real estate language, significance, and applications in daily tasks.

Conduct comparative market analyses to estimate property values accurately.

Maintain updated knowledge of available residential, commercial and retail properties within the city.

Stay informed about real estate markets, trends, and best practices.

Search open listings and leverage networks to identify suitable properties.

Work independently to source commercial and retail properties, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Prioritize client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and professional conduct.



Proven experience in sourcing residential, commercial and retail properties.

Strong understanding of real estate properties and markets.

Proficiency in conducting comparative market analyses.

Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to team goals.

Excellent interpersonal skills and client-oriented approach.

Familiarity with real estate terminology, significance, and applications.

Up-to-date knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Real Estate License (preferred).
