Handle client requirements for buying, selling, or leasing luxury residential and commercial properties
Conduct site visits, perform property valuations, and manage end-to-end deal closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, developers, and channel partners
Stay updated on luxury market trends, pricing strategies, and high-end inventory developments
Contribute to overall business development efforts and support the achievement of team sales targets
Minimum 1.5 years of real estate broking experience, preferably luxury real estate sales experience
Proven track record in high-value sales and negotiation
Experience managing HNWI/UHNWI client relationships with discretion and professionalism
Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored for premium clientele

Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial luxury property sales and listings, including office spaces, retail properties, and investment-grade assets.
Assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process — from property evaluation to final closing.
Negotiate high-value deals, prepare and review commercial contracts and transaction documents.
Promote commercial properties through targeted marketing campaigns, digital channels, and professional open houses.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, developers, and corporate stakeholders.
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and opportunities in Mumbai’s commercial real estate sector.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury and/or commercial real estate sales (Minimum 3 years).
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Knowledge of commercial property market trends, legal processes, and compliance in real estate transactions.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
