Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Real Estate Sales & Business Development professional to drive office leasing and outright sales. The role involves client acquisition, lead generation, property advisory, negotiations, and end-to-end transaction management while building strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, investors, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business for office leasing and outright sales.
• Identify and acquire corporate clients, occupiers, and investors.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Manage negotiations and close leasing and sale transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
• Coordinate documentation and transaction execution.
• Monitor market trends and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, office leasing, or outright sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record in business development.
