Job description:
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Lead Executive to generate leads, pitch property details to clients, and forward qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/cold calls to potential clients using provided data.

Understand client requirements and provide relevant property information.

Pitch property details as per client queries and highlight key features.

Generate and qualify leads, forwarding high-potential opportunities to the concerned sales head.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress.
Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.

Basic knowledge of real estate market and property trends is a plus.

Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
